The film is an object resulting from a dissertation study: “from the situationist movement to the techno free party, what drift?”
It evokes the link between rhizome theory, the notion of psychogeography, the urban drift approach and the notion of trance in both walking and dancing.
Between myth and reality, how moving the body in the city is a speculative practice. The aim is to extend the idea of drifting in the city to a drifting of the senses, from the physical to the psychic.
In the film, sound is as important as image, creating a synesthetic object. The binary rhythm of the march seeks to match that of techno music.
